Jennifer Tilly was an actor when she entered gambling to play poker more than a decade ago.
The Bride of Chucky, Bullets Over Broad street, Bound, Liar, Liar, and The Splendid Baker Boys had all made Tilly a star with her right before she appeared in Bride of Chucky.
"When I first met Patrick (Laak), I had an alternative motive for heading out with him: I wanted to go to the slot machine and play. Going into a casino and seeing nothing but men was a bit much for me, so I decided against going alone.

Tilly has essentially given up her acting career favoring poker and has become a permanent fixture on the poker game and money circuit domestically and internationally over the past decade.
Celebrity Poker Showdown, Poker After Dark, and Poker Royale featured her. She has also appeared on Poker Superstars Invitational, Poker Royale, the Game Show Network's Poker Royale series, and Fox Sports News' Poker Superstars Invitational.
